OZEMU PTY LTD offers free shipping Australia wide. Orders are despatched within 24 hrs if in stock (business days only) and shipping times are estimated depending on your location within Australia.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are listed on our site in AUD including the Australian GST rate. If GST does not apply to your order this will be shown on checkout. All non-Australian related taxes, duties and Customs charges are the responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.
We accept returns of products within 30 days of the sale date for any reason. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund or may incur an extra 25% restocking fee.
If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.
In cases of change of mind, we will accept returns as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All Zhiyun products come with a 12 months Warranty.
- All purchases made where the serial number is registered on the website will get an additional 12 months warranty at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Warranty does not apply if:
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, inappropriate cleaning products used, misuse, abuse or neglect and failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
- Normal wear and tear
- Products not used for intended purposes
- The product have been tampered or modified with in any way
- Force Majeure
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please send photos of the damaged item to our support team at email@example.com , include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us withinformation about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Title and Risk
Property in the products shall not pass to the customer until payment is made in full. The title of goods passes to you upon receiving payment. Risk in products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address.
